Service Description

As shown in the diagram, 720 Repair will provide an estimate – with a clear description of the repair steps, costs and timeline – before proceeding with any repairs. The customer can then decide whether or not to proceed. If the decision is to proceed, the repair will go as planned. If the decision is to not repair, the customer simply pays the nominal diagnosis fee (see rates, below), gets their appliance back, and everyone goes their separate ways. Revenues generated from 720 Repair’s repair operations go toward furthering our mission to increase repair in the Santa Fe area and, of course, paying our bills.
